| Sharon Keller, Branch Manager-Escrow Officer for Reliant Title specializes in closing both Residential and Commercial transactions. She began as a licensed Realtor® in the 1980’s selling real estate in Austin, Texas. In addition to her twelve years of experience as a Residential and Commercial closer, Sharon also spent 3 years as a Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory compliance of both title and mortgage operations across 23 states. Her background allows her the ability to close even the most complex transactions with ease. Sharon is an excellent communicator and is firmly committed to superior delivery of customer care on behalf of our clients.

| Shannon Chapa, Escrow Officer with Reliant has an easygoing manner that belies her professional and precise methods of delivering superior customer service. She likes “to make the client feel at ease” since there are many customers that are excited and nervous on their day of closing. Her experience in the title industry began in 2000, as she worked her way up to Escrow Supervisor in Colorado before coming home to her native Texas a few years ago. With Reliant, Shannon builds trust through honest communication with her clients and they let us know that she is a valuable member of our team.

Her style is lighthearted and fun but extremely detail oriented. Melissa keeps everything running smoothly with her step-by-step process from contract to closing. As an added benefit, she also serves as our Spanish translator whenever the need arises.
