Jay Tucker, is Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Reliant Title Agency. Jay has over 26 years experience in the Title Industry working with Fidelity National, United General, Stewart and Chicago Title over the years.  Most recently, he held the position of CEO with Trinity Title of Texas. Jay is a graduate from Louisiana Tech University with Bachelors in Business Administration. He is also a former Board Member of the Texas Land and Title Association and the Texas Title Insurance Guaranty Association. Jay is married to Roxy for 25 years with two children,  Jen (21), a junior at Oklahoma University, and Davis (13) a 7th grader at Canyon Vista Middle School. He spends his spare time coaching Davis’ select baseball team, playing golf and enjoys fishing and bird hunting. He is currently the Associate Teaching Director for the Austin E-Teen CBS class,  and involved in the “No Bats Baseball Club”, where he helps raise money for baseball related organizations around the country.

Paula Bacon, Vice President, Branch Manager for Reliant Title is a 27 year veteran of the title insurance industry in Austin, Texas.  She has managed her own office for 25 of those years, giving her expertise in all types of transactions, from residential to commercial, to farm and ranch.  Paula has never met a stranger and has a unique ability to make clients feel fully informed and comfortable throughout the entire closing process.  She is an accomplished leader, always leading by example and her dedication to client satisfaction is unparalleled.   Have questions about anything title related, Paula is your “go to” person.

Kay’s training and experience allows her to process a wide array of escrows including residential resale, new homes, REO, short sales, and various types of refinance transactions.
