What to Bring to Closing
PurchaserPlease provide your escrow officer with the name and phone number of your lender and homeowner’s insurance agent as soon as possible.
Seller
Please provide your Escrow Officer with the name and phone number of your current mortgage lienholder, and your loan number for payoff purposes as soon as possible.
Cashier’s Checks
For amounts in excess of $1,500, a cashier’s check will be required at closing. Please make checks payable to RELIANT TITLE AGENCY. The total amount due will be available prior to your closing (depending on receipt of loan documents from lender).
Wiring Instructions
We encourage wired funds from the Purchaser and will be happy to wire out proceeds to the Seller. Please contact your escrow officer for our wiring instructions.
Driver’s Licenses
Must be brought to closing for identification purposes. A valid photo ID is required by all signing parties.
